Appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and by request.

Office hours

Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-1:15pm and 1:45pm-5pm.

New clients

Please email or bring the three completed forms, below, to your first appointment. Alternatively, you are welcome to come twenty minutes early to fill out this initial, mandatory paperwork. This will allow us to use your time more effectively. Thank you.

Payment Policy

Full payment of fees or co-payment is expected at the time of service. If you have not confirmed coverage by your health care provider, I will expect full payment at the time of service. If and when your insurance company should pay me, I will then refund you.

Medical Insurance

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment and we will make a copy for billing purposes.

As a patient service I do bill insurance companies but please note that I make no guarantees about insurance coverage. I recommend that you call your insurance company previous to arriving and verify your benefits. Specifically, confirm that you have Naturopathic Coverage and that it covers Heidi Peterson, ND. Please see my Payment Policy & Insurance Billing Form above, or on the Forms page, for information about how to clarify coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations of scheduled appointments are both difficult to fill, and costly. Therefore, I ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours previous to your appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled in less than 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.

Once your pharmacy faxes a refill request, please allow one week for that request to be filled.
