Communication


Good communication is very important to me.   There are several ways in whcih you can communicate with me:

Email via Elation EHR

You should have received a login for Elation EHR at your first visit.  Please contact Audra if you have not received your log-in and she can help you.  This is the preferred way to communicate with me for non-urgent needs.  This method is best because I can easily access your chart.  These are the kinds of questions best handled in this way:

Requests for Medication Refill 

Questions about your treatment plan

Sending me the name of your pharmacy. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for me to reply.

 

Standard Email

You can also use standard email to communicate with me. Please note that it is not secure.  Please allow for 1-2 business days for a response.  Please resend emails if I do not respond in 2 business days.

Emails can get lost in this system but not in the Elation system. 

 

Call my office

This is the best way to reach me for urgent needs btween 9 am and 5 pm weekdays.

If you need is not urgent and if you are able to access email, please use one of the email methods to reach me. Please note that I am not in the office everyday.  I often will receive your email before I will get the phone message.    

 

Call/Text  my cell phone

Please use this method of communication for after hours and weekends.  This is is for URGENT needs only.
